"My experience of selling my mother’s flat via Michael Cornish has been the best experience I have had of buying or selling a property. He obtained an offer on the flat within days and achieved a great price. Michael stands out from the rest because he takes time to appreciate the strengths of the property and understands the desires of each potential buyer and manages to bring these two together. Other estate agents have a team of people who don’t really know any particular property and don’t seem to understand or really care about the buyers.
Once our sale was agreed, Michael worked even harder, he kept on top of progress throughout the entire chain, frequently nudging progress lower down the chain to keep things moving. I was selling the property from a distance and he did an endless number of ‘above and beyond’ activities to provide support such as letting in cleaners, surveyors or engineers; airing the property; and double checking that fixes had been done correctly - he frequently took texts or called me with an update outside office hours.
