Michael’s career progressed, working for two of the UK’s top residential New Homes national agencies, both of which had dedicated departments and analysts offering developers, Research and Development appraisals prior to the acquisition of sites ensuring that realistic goals were achieved and new homes were sold successfully within the expected timeframe.
